Refund and Returns Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim for complete satisfaction, but if you are not happy with our services, please read the refund policy below:

1. Refunds are only applicable within 7 days of purchase and only if no more than 2 videos/tests have been accessed.
2. No refund will be processed after content consumption exceeds trial limits.
3. Refund requests must be emailed to support@iitiansgateacademy.com with transaction details.
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Note: All decisions on refunds will be at the discretion of the management.
