1. Shipping Policy
IITians Gate Academy provides both digital courses and physical study materials/books.
- Digital Courses & Tests:
Access is provided instantly after successful payment through the user’s registered email or dashboard.
No physical shipment is required for these products. - Physical Books & Materials:
Orders for physical products are shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location.
Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once the shipment is dispatched.
2. Exchange & Return Policy
- Digital Products:
Since access to digital content is provided immediately after purchase, no exchange or refund is allowed once the course or test is activated. - Physical Books:
We accept exchange or replacement only if the delivered item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue at support@iitiansgateacademy.com.
Replacement will be processed after verification.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds (only in case of duplicate payments or order cancellation before dispatch) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
